She makes you feel as though you are her only client no matter how busy she is. She is a good listener which translates into meeting your specific goals, needs and wants. Barb went so far above and beyond what a typical broker would do. We had to manage the sale of an aunt's home in the Baltimore area almost entirely from the west coast (as she had no family on the east coast and COVID made everything so difficult). Barb helped us with resources to clean out the house, do necessary renovation/repair (painting, new flooring, rug cleaning, etc) through high quality and good-value service providers. She actually went to stores and found floor samples to send us pictures of. Once listed, the house sold in less than a week at very close to asking price. We literally could NOT have done this without her. She takes the definition of customer service to a new level. Wish everyone could have this level of support with a home purchase/sale transaction.

Barbara listened and always was responsive. She found us our next home by paying attention to our wish list; this house checked so many of the necessary boxes. Then, she sold our present home for the asking price before it was even listed. And she accomplished all this during a pandemic! Barb Reamer is the perfect choice if you are looking for help with selling your home. I initially connected with her through a local Facebook group where I posted questions about selling and/or donating used furniture from my late father’s condo. Barb quickly responded through Facebook with general information, not revealing that she was a realtor, and invited me to call her. Only during the call – where she supplied me with excellent information – did I learn she was an agent. I considered other agents to sell my father’s condo and and chose Barb because I was impressed with her calm demeanor, her “concierge” approach and her marketing plan which highlighted online sales tools that most buyers depend on today. Once the listing agreement was signed, my siblings and I were faced with the enormous task of getting the condo ready for sale. Barb helped every step of the way and we couldn’t have done it without her. She helped us dispose of unwanted items, scheduled and met cleaners at the property (so we wouldn’t have to drive an hour each way to be there) and quickly created a listing with a beautiful description and photos. We had 2 offers in 9 days, and Barb helped us sort through the details and make an informed decision on which one to accept. Barb stayed connected with the buyers and their agent during the inspection process and helped us determine the best course of action for issues that were raised. I visited the condo a few days before scheduled settlement for removal of the last few pieces of furniture. Barb met me there and we discovered a few areas that needed to be re-cleaned. Barb rolled up her sleeves and worked with me until we got it done. Unfortunately there were a few hiccups on the buyer’s end that caused the settlement to be delayed a few days – Barb stayed on top of the lender, the title company and I think she even went to the courthouse to get a lien release on the property to make sure the settlement was not delayed even longer. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Barb on the sale of my father’s condo. She made it easy, kept on top of every single aspect and kept us informed every step of the way. If I ever need to buy or sell a property in the area, I know who to call. There’s no need to consider anyone else.

Barb was very professional and sweet, as well. She gave us great ideas, but never pushed us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with.
